We will charge a subscription, currently thinking around $3 a month, to have unlimited access to everything. We'll limit some of the features in here like file storage, number of games you can create or join, and some of the cross posting features.

Your players will have to create an account with Mostly Magic to make this work. Part of the exchange is that they hopefully find some utility on our main site that you can't get directly in Discord. So we'll likely get some subscribers out of the exchange. But if your Discord users never come over or buy a subscription it just means we'll need to work harder to provide more value. We don't want to take money from things you can already do, we want to provide better value than what you could get before.

Yes, but only to cover the transaction fees charged by Stripe (2.9% + $0.30). The ability to utilize our paid GM features are gated behind our subscription.

Not directly. We advertise to bring in new players and get them to play games on our site, but not directly for specific games.

To be completely honest, we used AI to help us get off the ground when we started our company. As we learned more about it we understood that AI art is theft. We promise to not use AI for any creative output of our company. Also it just sounds so vanilla, and is not worth it.
